The grid uses every non-zero digit of the date, plus the Bhagyank, plus the Mulank when the birth day is 10 or more. Schools differ on this; a consultation reads the full chart with your name.
How the calculator works
- Every non-zero digit of your date of birth is placed in its square.
- Your Bhagyank is calculated from the full date and added to the grid.
- Your Mulank is added too if your birth day is 10 or more. If you were born on the 1st to the 9th, the day digit is already in the grid.
- Squares that remain empty are your missing numbers.
- Your personal year for the current year is shown separately.
Worked example: 14 August 1990
Digits: 1, 4, 8, 1, 9, 9 (zeros dropped).
Bhagyank: 1+4+0+8+1+9+9+0 = 32, 3 + 2 = 5. Added: 5.
Mulank: 1 + 4 = 5. The birth day is 14, so 5 is added again.
The grid then holds 1, 1, 4, 5, 5, 8, 9, 9. Missing: 2, 3, 6 and 7.
What to do with your result

Different methods
Some numerologists do not add the Mulank and Bhagyank to the grid, and some add a Kua number. This calculator uses the method most common in Indian numerology. Your consultation will explain the method used.
